This is the Center for Bilingual Education (CBE) at National Taiwan University. We will hold the 2022 NTU EMI Seminar on Wednesday, November 30th. The topic is “A Strategic Thinking from the Middle East to Asia to Promote an English-friendly Environment in Higher Education Institutions.” We cordially invite you to participate!

 We are honored to have Dr. Martyn J. Miller, Assistant Vice President of International Affairs at Temple University, as our guest speaker. He will share about the bilingual environment of higher education in Asia from an international perspective, and exchange thoughts with directors and staff of the bilingual program or international affairs, and faculty to provide advice on how to promote the bilingual program for institutions.
