Dept. of International Business

The Department of International Business at NDHU offers a full range of business degree programs at the undergraduate and graduate (MBA, EMBA+, Ph.D. ) levels.

We have the most winners of the Excellence in Teaching Awards among the College of Management's faculty, who adopt diverse teaching approaches such as case study, multilingual instruction, and simulations. Our course design particularly emphasizes the supplementary features on business visit and practical training, allowing students to tap into the real world of business community.

Furthermore, students are actively encouraged and advised to apply for international exchange programs; over the years we have topped the number of successful applications at NDHU. We prepare undergraduate students for professional and challenging careers in the area of international business with a required Core Module and two optional interdisciplinary course modules in Global Business and Management as well as Service Marketing and Innovative Entrepreneurship.

The master's program aims to qualify students as front-line and middle-end management professionals in international business with the course design dually focusing on Global Business Management and Marketing Management.

The executive master's program provides in-service training in advanced management and competitive abilities through the flexible course options in five major modules:

Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Fundamental Knowledge, Specialized Courses, Application and Trends, and Work and Livelihood Management, along with the close interaction between faculty and students and a solid support network. And the Ph.D. Program stresses the development of high-level "ABC" (Academic, Business, and Consulting) skills in international business and organization management.
