Dept. of Accounting

  Since 1998, the Department of Accounting continues to improve its quality in the fields of accounting by providing related professional education, research and services, and pursuing the balance development of theory and practicum. The major educational goals of the Department are to combine theory and practice, provide multiple perspectives, and emphasize their professional attitudes and ethical awareness.

  The Master program, offered by the Department of Accounting has a distinguished characteristic promotes students skills by raising their professional competencies in domestic and international business operations. Another feature of the curriculum in the graduate program is the mix of theory and practicum, such as Accounting and Auditing Workshops and China Taxation System, offered adjunct with partners from the big four accounting firms.

  To provide more diversified and flexible undergraduate curriculum, the department offers two specialized pathways, namely, CPA program, and Corporate Accounting and Tax Planning, for students consider to pursue their careers that include, but not limit to, the certified public accountant, internal auditor, financial analyst, tax consultant or business manager.
